Objective
We want to incentivize and reward our staff and officials for referring and helping to recruit new officials.
Overview
As a current FXA Sports official, when you recruit a new qualified official who signs up and completes a probationary period and works a qualifying number of games during the period, you will receive a referral bonus! We want to bring on officials that enhance the player experience, contribute to our leagues and become a part of the team.
Requirements
To qualify for the referral bonus:
- You must be an active official/scorekeeper/coordinator with FXA Sports.
- Notify your assignor that you have someone who would like to join our cadre so that the assignor can begin the onboarding process and make sure you get credit for the referral.
- The referred official must be qualified and capable of working FXA Sports games (including being appropriately certified for that sport, if required).
- The referred official must work a total of 30 games in the first 3 months.
Once all 4 requirements are met, you will receive a $100 bonus at the end of the probationary period. NEW FOR 2021: The official you referred will also receive a $100 sign-on bonus at the end of the probationary period (if the 4 requirements are met).
