Job Description: We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join us as Kickball Umpires for our leagues and tournaments. As a Kickball Umpire, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring fair play, sportsmanship, and a fun atmosphere for our players.

Responsibilities:

• Officiate kickball games, enforcing league rules and regulations to maintain a level playing field.
• Manage game flow and maintain control of the field, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
• Make accurate and timely calls on plays, fouls, and other game-related incidents, using sound judgment and discretion.
• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and league officials, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and clarity.
• Provide guidance and instruction to players as needed, promoting sportsmanship and fair play.
• Collaborate with fellow umpires and league staff to ensure smooth operations and successful game days.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of kickball rules and gameplay.
• Prior experience as a sports official or umpire preferred, but not required – we welcome umpires of all levels and will train you!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during the kickball season.
• Passion for sports and a commitment to upholding the values of fair play and sportsmanship.

Pay is $25 per game with 3-4 game shifts.
